How to Submit Print Jobs

Before heading to a Print Anywhere device on campus, use any of the five options below to send your documents to the print queue.

Option 1: Upload Your Document via the Web

Ideal for quick printing directly from a web browser without installing any software.

  1. Go to the uniFLOW Online portal and log in using your ASURITE email address (e.g., [email protected]).

  2. Click Start Printing on the left navigation panel.
  3. Drag and drop your files into the designated box, or click Browse to select and upload your documents.

Option 2: Install the Print Driver (Personal Computers)

Best for users who print frequently and want to print directly from applications like Word, Adobe, or web browsers.

  1. Go to the uniFLOW Online portal and log in using your ASURITE email address (e.g., [email protected]).

  2. Click Start Printing on the left navigation panel.
  3. Under the Install Printer Driver section, select and download the appropriate driver for your operating system (Windows or Mac).
  4. Run the downloaded installation wizard and sign in when prompted. This will add a new printer named ASU Secure Print to your computer.
  5. When you are ready to print from any application, simply select ASU Secure Print from your system's print menu.

Option 3: Print via the uniFLOW Mobile App

Best for printing directly from your smartphone or tablet.

  1. Download the uniFLOW Online Print & Scan app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device.

  2. Open the app to generate your unique 6-digit secret code.
  3. On a computer, go to the uniFLOW Online portal and log in using your ASURITE email address (e.g., [email protected]).
  4. Click the Mobile app icon located in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
  5. Enter the 6-digit secret code displayed in your mobile app.
  6. A QR code will appear on your computer screen. Scan this QR code with your mobile device to complete the secure login process and begin uploading your documents.

Option 4: Email Submission

The quickest option when you only have access to your email application.

  1. Draft a new email using your official ASURITE email address (e.g., [email protected]).

  2. Attach the document you want to print. (Note: The file size must be under 150 MB. If you have multiple documents, please send them in separate emails).
  3. Send the email to [email protected]. Your document will automatically load into your print queue.

Option 5: Install the Chrome Extension

Best for printing directly from a Chromebook.

  1. Go to the Chrome Web Store and install the official uniFLOW Online extension.
  2. Open the extension and log in using your ASURITE email address (e.g., [email protected]).

How to Release Your Print Job

Once you have successfully submitted your print job using any of the options above, follow these steps to securely release and print your documents.

  1. Go to any Print Anywhere device and log in by tapping your ASU ID on the card reader.
  2. Tap the Secure Print button on the main touchscreen panel.
  3. Select the document(s) you want to print from your queue.
  4. (Optional) Tap Edit to adjust settings such as color, double-sided printing, and the number of copies.
  5. Tap Print Jobs to release your documents and begin printing.

How to Make Copies

Follow these steps to make physical copies of your documents.

  1. Go to any Print Anywhere device and log in by tapping your ASU ID on the card reader.
  2. Tap the Copy button on the main touchscreen panel.
  3. Place your original documents face-up in the document feeder tray, or face-down on the scanner glass.
  4. Select any preferred options (e.g., color, double-sided, paper size) and enter the number of copies you need using the keypad.
  5. Press the green Start button to begin copying.

How to Scan to Email

Follow these steps to scan physical documents and send them directly to your ASU email inbox.

  1. Go to any Print Anywhere device and log in by tapping your ASU ID on the card reader.
  2. Tap the Scan button on the main touchscreen panel.
  3. Select the Scan to Myself option to automatically route the document to your official ASU email address.
  4. Place your original documents face-up in the document feeder tray, or face-down on the scanner glass.
  5. Press the Start Scan button to begin scanning.
