Supplies and Service for Canon managed copiers and printers can be requested by email or by calling the Canon help desk. The device serial number is required for all supply and/or service requests.

  • Please ensure your device has standby toner and staple cartridges on hand. After installing a new toner, place an order to replenish your standby.

  • To purchase supplies for a non-contract device, contact ASU Maintenance Supplies.

  • Please note that repairs to devices not under a service contract will be subject to time and materials charges.

  • Canon toner cartridges are 100% recyclable. Recycle through ASU.
