Supplies and Service for Canon managed copiers and printers can be requested online or by calling the Canon help desk.
Online
Request supplies (toner or staples)
- Please ensure your device has standby toner and staple cartridges on hand. After installing a new toner, place an order to replenish your standby.
- To purchase supplies for a non-contract device, contact ASU Maintenance Supplies.
- Canon toner cartridges are 100% recyclable. Recycle through ASU.
- Please note that repairs to devices not under a service contract will be subject to time and materials charges.
Canon help desk
To request supplies or service by phone contact the Canon Help desk Mon-Fri, 8 a.m.–8 p.m. EST, at 480-965-2679 Ext 2. The device serial number will need to be provided.
