How to register for an account

Faculty and Staff:

To create an account on the new ASU Print Online, you will first need to create a free account by going to our home page:

Once on the page, simply click on the ASU Login button in gold and sign in with your ASURITE credentials. An account will automatically be created for you and then you will be redirected to a "registration complete" page. We will automatically be notified via email that you registered. At this point we will give you access to the correct templates you need for your department. You will receive an email back from us stating your account is ready for ordering.

While you wait for your account to be approved, please feel free to watch this tutorial video, at the link below, so you’re familiar with the new system.


NOTICE: We have collaborated with the Enterprise Marketing Hub to bring you updated stationery templates. To better unify the university’s brand, a universal style for business cards, letterhead, and envelopes has been created. We understand that many departments have had custom stationery designs in the past, but moving forward, the styles you see on ASU Print Online will be the brand-approved, standardized format used across all ASU departments. However, each department is free to design a custom back side for their business cards, as well as create personalized templates for many other items such as notepads, brochures, flyers, and more. If you would like more information or are interested in using our professional design resources to create these templates, please reach out to to explore your options.



The online ordering system for students is being rebuilt and will be live at the beginning of August, 2016.
