West Valley Innovation Showcase

Please note that this form is for the West Valley Campus Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering end-of-semester showcase. Only students in the School of Integrated Engineering and the School of Computing and Augmented Intelligence at West Valley Campus should use this form.

Poster design parameters

• Poster must be 23 inches by 35 inches, horizontal or vertical.
• Create poster with no bleed (no solid color going over the edge of the above parameters).
• Resolution must be over 200 dpi at final size. (Photoshop - File > Image Size).
• Use the official high resolution ASU logo. Available on the left

• To download Powerpoint Templates, see the files on the left.

   

• Name your poster file Lastname_Class (Example: Smith_FSE100).
• Final poster submission MUST be in .PDF format. No other formats will be accepted.

Please use the above link to submit your poster.

• It will direct you to a product page for West Valley Campus Innovation Showcase
• Please select the orientation of your poster (landscape or portrait)
• Select your class from the dropdown
• Enter your project name (50 characters max)
• Click Edit and you will be directed to upload your PDF.
  • Follow through the processes as directed.
    • *If you receive a warning message about your DPI being too low, the message you're receiving is merely a warning and not an error. Chances are, there is an image in your poster that is slightly low resolution, but may not be noticeable or a big deal. When you view your poster on your computer, use Acrobat and zoom to 100%. If you are happy with how it looks, please proceed with the upload and add it to your cart.
  • You will add it to your cart and go all the way through the checkout process. If prompted for a billing and shipping address, just enter your address. It will not ship directly to you.
  • Confirm that it says West Valley Campus Innovation Showcase for your delivery method so that we deliver to the showcase location.
  • Confirm your order
• Posters will be delivered to SIE staff in FAB prior to the event, and brought to the showcase location for you. (mail code: 1852, FAB S319A)
• **** If you need to resubmit a poster you will need to call us 480-727-1636 or email us [email protected] and provide your original order number so we can cancel your first submission. Then you can upload your new poster.

Dates and deadlines

• Friday, March 27, 2026 - Project submission website opens
• Sunday, April 19, 2026 by 11:59 p.m. - Last day to submit posters to the Print and Imaging Lab
• Wednesday, April 29, 2026 - Print and Imaging Lab will deliver posters to FAB
• Friday, May 1, 2026 - Day of Innovation Showcase
  • 9 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. - Student check-in and project setup
  • 9:45 a.m. - 1:20 p.m. - Main event
  • 2 p.m. - All projects must be removed immediately after event
